EXAKT
Technologies, Inc. provides highly specialized equipment and
supplies to the laboratory community. We focus on developing
unique products that meet specific customers needs.
In
1988, EXAKT began distributing German manufactured histology equipment
for biomaterials and bone researchers - The EXAKT Cutting/ Grinding
System. Specially designed for histologic sample preparation of
undecalcified hard tissues and tissues with biomaterials in
situ, EXAKT's products filled a unique need in the histology
field.
Many
of these researchers had other unique needs including transporting
these samples from collection sites to the lab. With universal
precautions being so critical, EXAKT set out to design packaging
that protected the samples and the information they carried, as
well as the people who carried them. The result is EXAKT-PAK®
packaging.

There
are innumerable regulations that govern the transport of human
and animal specimens domestically and internationally. EXAKT's
philosophy is to provide packaging that first and foremost meets
or exceeds those regulations. But in addition, we realize that
each shipment can be unique.
In
order to meet the many unique needs of our customers we continue
to develop building blocks that allow us to mix and match packaging
components that provide the most cost efficient package for each
shipment.
In
