Flexible Inner Packaging for 1-12 Ambient vials

These small packages provide double protection without doubling the cost. D-Paks fit neatly into carrier's lab packs and they can hold up to 12 - 15 ml draw vials or up to two small specimen containers. Each inner packaging comes complete with bubble wrap, tape, absorbent, and both inner and outer flexible containers in case your primary receptacle does not meet the leakproof standard.

The outer box is preprinted with the Biological Substance, Category B and UN3373 labels so the package is complete—just waiting for your sample and a list of contents to go inside the box.

 

Flexible inner packaging for 1-18 Cold or Frozen vials

EXAKT offers an insulated package for shipping 1 to 18 vials. This sturdy outer package comes with 1” EPS insulation and can hold up to 3 flexible inner packagings.

The outer box is available in a variety of heights to accommodate multiple gel paks or additional dry ice. Just specify which you will be using so that we know to include the Dry Ice Hazard Label.

For those needing to ship more than 15 vials in a single shipment, EXAKT's Uni-Paks are ideal. Capable of holding vials, jars, Petri dishes, and other containers, the rigid packaging offers protection for the sample, significantly increased capacity and reusability.

Uni-Pak for Bigger Shipments

Understanding our customer's needs is important, so EXAKT designed this packaging series to accommodate large volumes of containers. We can now ship even more than before.

Whether the shipment is ambient, cold or frozen we can custom assemble a kit to accommodate frozen gel packs or dry ice for overnight shipments.

 

 


The EXAKT-PAK® One-Pak is a safe and cost-effective way to ship a single Biological Substance, Category B specimen. The outer package and the secondary container with absorbent material offer you the most secure way to ship a single vial through the mail or with an overnight carrier. And the cost is surprisingly low.*

One-Paks are available with 2 different size containers to hold a variety of vial sizes.
